Joe Vita
has
been involved in the local real estate market as a broker, appraiser
and property manager since he started the business as Vita And
associates, Inc. in 1983. He's twice served as the President of the
Lexington-Buena Vista Rockbridge Association of Realtors (LBVR) and
also served as president of the Lexington-Rockbridge Chamber of
Commerce.
Mr. Vita's deep involvement with the Virginia Association of
Realtors (VAR) over the years led to his recently being elected to
serve a three year term on its Policy Board. He's also
currently a Trustee of the Virginia Real Estate Education Foundation
(VREEF). In the early 90's Mr. Vita served VAR as a Regional Vice
President and taught several seminars for VREEF.
Currently,
Joe Vita is the only exclusive buyers' agent serving the
Lexington-Rockbridge area. |
