your property myself, I have developed a

you will not be charged

additional fees for this service. The only
fee you will agree to pay is whatever
listing fee you negotiate with the listing
agent selected from those I recommend, a
listing fee you would have paid anyway.
My company may receive a referral fee
at closing from whichever Realtor lists your
property. That fee will come directly out of
your listing fee so that my services do not
result in any additional cost to you.
